The welcome screen is simple and direct. Four big buttons take you to the areas of interest. The rounded square of the hub identity is repeated to strenghten the brand identity.

The Hub at Widener : website

This is another project in Stellarvisions portfolio about re-energizing public spaces and revitalizing communities.

Teres Holdings engaged Stellarvisions to design a website for their exciting new Hub flats project at University Crossings in Chester, Pennsylvania. Teres Holdings is a boutique real estate development firm that creates vibrant and innovative urban properties. New construction for the first phase houses 57 flats next to the Widener campus and the first hotel in Chester in 35 years.

The website makes the unique footprint of the building siteplan the central interactive tool to understand the flats. Color coding highlights two-bedrooms or studios, and a click gives you access to the flat floorplan. The website was developed on an open source content management platform enabling leasing staff to easily update availability, prices and marketing copy.

Stellarvisions' strategic work included updating and extending the Hub brand from the first building the Hub on Chestnut to the Hub at Widener
