Chester County Art Association : website

Chester County Art Association selected Stellarvisions to provide strategic and implementation plans for a website and constituent relationship management application.

Our discovery process included interviews with staff, board members and faculty. Questionnaires were distributed to students. Project goals were defined and stages for design and implementation were articulated. Stellarvisions recommended a phased approach which would enable communication and technology to be advanaced in managable steps. The overall project goals were defined as: improve operational efficiency, improve service, serve the mission of the organization by promoting and extending its reach, express the excellence and creative force of the organization, create an overall experience that is an authentic expression of the organization.

The project plan consisted of three phases. Phase one would include basic information about the Center — essentially content from the previous site — in a form where staff can make updates. Phase two would be a toolkit for more efficient communications with the community including a contact form. Phase three would include online registration and tools to manage the memberships and registrations using a browser-based application.
